In July 2003, Penn Square Apartments was acquired by Edward Lyon and Kathryn S. Nassberg through their partnership, Cochran Holdings Group. They are active in the day to day affairs of the company.

Penn Square Apartments owns 30 buildings in and around Williamsport’s nationally registered, “Millionaires Row Historic District”. In addition, Mr. Lyon through Lyon Associates manages 20 other rental properties in the same neighborhood from our Penn Square Apartments office. Many of our buildings are recognized historic structures, restored to accommodate today’s modern conveniences.

We provide a wide range of private, clean, and secure apartments from efficiencies to entire houses. If historic is not your preference, we own several modern buildings as well. Most of our properties are less than a block from the Penn College Campus and our leases are designed to meet the needs of the students and young professionals who live in our buildings. We have a full time staff to clean and maintain our buildings, and to promptly address resident’s concerns.

Our Penn Square Apartments Office is conveniently located adjacent to the Penn College Campus. We are open during regular business hours to serve our residents.
